Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
- Support performance management and employee evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and workplace concerns professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with department managers on hiring and workforce planning.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience recruiting for technical, IT, or eCommerce positions.
- Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
