What You’ll Do (PPC Specialist & Paid Ads Manager Duties)

1. Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads (Meta Ads) campaigns across Awareness, Traffic, and Conversion objectives
2. Run and scale Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
3. Manage Google PPC budgets, bid strategies, and negative keyword lists
4. Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, and event tracking
5. Build lookalike audiences, retargeting funnels, and custom audiences for e-commerce brands
6. Provide weekly ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR reports to clients

Who We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, Google Ads Consultant, or Performance Marketer
2. Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Analytics 4
3. Understanding of e-commerce paid acquisition for Amazon, Shopify, and local brands
4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for profitability
